Yes. Even though she “finished” when the first part of her hull crossed the line, she is still racing until she has cleared the finish line and finish marks. If she hits the committee boat or one of the marks before clearing the line, she can be disqualified unless she takes a one turn penalty and then returns to the course side of the line before re-crossing. If the boat was racing on handicap, her finish time would be marked once she crossed the line after completing her penalty turn.
